Cancellation Policy
At Costa Barca, every pair is crafted with care and precision. We want you to love what you receive. This policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges, returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Customized Products — Final Sale
No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds will be provided on any customized, personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-measure product under any circumstances whatsoever.
Products crafted to your specific requirements are considered final sale from the moment the order is confirmed. The sole exception is a verified manufacturing defect reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery, which will be addressed through professional repair or replacement only — not a refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange facility for sizing concerns, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility WindowExchange requests must be communicated to Costa Barca within 7 working days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Mandatory Conditions- Items must be unused, unworn, uncreased, and in pristine factory-mint condition
- Footwear must only have been tested on clean, carpeted indoor surfaces — any outdoor wear, scuffs, or sole marks will void the exchange
- All original packaging, dust bags, and tags must be intact and included
- Customized or made-to-measure items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances
- All reverse shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch
- Lower-value balances will be issued as store credit only
Return & Refund Policy
Return requests must be communicated to Costa Barca within 7 working days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned product, after completion of our Quality Check (QC) and verification process.
No refund will be issued if the returned product shows any signs of use, wear, or tampering. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Eligible for Refund
- Verified manufacturing defect where replacement is unavailable
- Wrong product delivered and correct item cannot be provided
- Order cancelled within the permitted window
- Order cannot be fulfilled by Costa Barca
Not Eligible for Refund
- Used, worn, or damaged returned products
- Customized or personalized products
- Change of mind or preference
- Size or fit issues (exchange only)
- Courier delays beyond our control
- Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handcrafted goods
Once your returned item is received, our quality team will inspect it within 2 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You will be notified at each stage of the process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised before your order has been dispatched. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at support@costabarca.in with your order number.
Orders placed during sale periods or under special promotional offers may be strictly non-cancellable. This will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
