Domestic Shipping — India
All orders placed before 1 PM (IST) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM (IST) are dispatched the following business day. Pre-order and backorder items ship as they become available.
Shipments are sent via trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, and FedEx, selected based on your delivery location and package dimensions.
Standard DeliveryFree standard shipping is available on all continental Indian orders. Transit times are typically 7–15 working days.
Expedited DeliveryPackages arrive within 2–3 business days when ordered before 1 PM (IST). Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited delivery.
Next Business DayPackages arrive within 1 business day for orders placed before 1 PM (IST). Not available for PO Boxes or VPO addresses.
GST Note: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional tax will be charged at checkout.
International Shipping
All international orders are dispatched from Agra, India. A flat international shipping fee of USD 59 applies. GST of 5% is added to all orders shipped outside India.
Delivery TimelinesOrders are processed within 30 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination and courier. Tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import FeesInternational shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Payment of these fees is required for customs clearance and final delivery.
Costa Barca is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by unpaid duties or customs procedures.
Customs Delays, Rejections & SeizuresBuyers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal and permitted for import in their destination country. We are not liable for shipments delayed, returned, or seized by customs. Product cost, shipping, and taxes are non-refundable in such cases.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs (and an unboxing video where available). Claims reported after this window may not be accepted. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns on International Orders
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns on international orders unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
